I have literally come back from there today, 5 minutes from Wiliton station.

I stayed just up the road from Wiliton when I went there.

I thought there was “Hove, actually” and then “Portslade, unfortunately”. Followed by “Worthing, financially”.

I’m all for thinking outside the box but this is ridiculous. Saying that I remember seeing some large metal crates that had been refurbished inside which were used for housing the homeless for a while , think it was in Brooklyn. Long time ago .

We have one of those in Brighton- on the corner of New England Road- if it’s still there? Was meant to be temporary but some poor homeless people were stuck in there for 10 years + waiting for a real home.

The West Somerset steam train line is at the bottom of our garden. Only runs 10am to 6pm though.

I love that line.
You must live between Minehead and Bishops Lydeard, a beautiful part of Somerset.

PS: I really liked this film from 2003 starring a young Peter Dinklage and a young Michelle Williams about living in an (abandoned) railway station/depot.
