Been thinking about buying this. Would you give it a strong recommendation? Is it as good as The Last Party by John Harris? That was a terrific read.

it's a laid back book really, doesn't really seem egotistical or anything like that and is packed with one hell of a story, can't really compare with the last party as i've yet to read it.

about a mole who has another animal crap on his head and goes in search of its owner to gain revenge, a great book for kiddies my 2 year old boy loves it. a must have book.

Ok... ish. I have "Franny and Zooey" lined up to read next. Think I'm going through a Salinger phase. Need a bit of contemporary fiction after that mindf*** of Kafka.

In Search Of Robert Miller.
For those who don't know, Miller was a much acclaimed pro cyclist from the mid eighties.
So far it's a fasinating read about what it takes to excel at your chosen sport.
