This is how the BBC construe 'balance' and 'political neutrality' these days, with Davie very much to the fore. It's just a beauty parade for one party getting maximum exposure through their latest act of theatre. All achieved through the threat of removing the licensing fee and the privatisation of C4. If the situation was reversed (although it would never be allowed, because the Labour Party would never get away with such levels of psycho-drama), the press and the Tory Party would be spitting feathers that all the leftie, lovie BBC are churning out Labour, Labour, Labour and they can't get a word in -- what about balance they'd say, what about equal air time? Surely the opposition party should get more air time than the incumbent government so the public -- paying so much for the license fee -- can be versed in alternative policies to those provided by the government, they would insist.

I think they are so disappointed with Labour in opposition, that they think it is their job to do it instead.

I'm always amazed at how bad these people are at putting together their promotional stuff, given the expert input they must have. For a start, doesn't Rishi realise everyone is heartily sick of these trite 2/3 word slogans? And he has 3 of them. Plus if he does feel compelled to have them, the word "our" would be so much better than "the" to precede 'economy' and 'country' in bullets 2 and 3.

Still, I suppose his electorate is (1) Tory MPs and then (2) Tory members, so perhaps not as crucial as it would be if it were a national election. But still. Grrrrr

Aside of all the waste, the Tories completely divided our country with an unnecessary referendum that pitched one half of the Union against the other, the principal objective to save the Tory party.

Then after winning an 80 seat majority on another pack of lies they've spent the last few years focussed on wedge politics and culture wars rather than governing the country

A number of us have observed that he hasn't shown any remorse for anything, blamed the 'eccentric behaviour and herd mentality' of his fellow MPs, and considers he has been the victim of a travesty of justice.
