Definite dive by Townsend today. Straightened his legs to initiate contact and then fell over.

We defended so well today but time after time I saw Palace players sneak into the box with no intention of trying a shot but simply waiting for a Brighton player to stick a foot out. That’s how they play, that’s the way - the only way - they get goals. How sad.

Absolutely, was about to say the same thing. Clearly a tactic of theirs. Today's was a penalty imo, propper stuck a leg out, but Townsend definitely straightened his leg before contact looking for it.
