The man is a f***ing hero.

What a celebration at the end from the little man.

Oh yeah, and he's taught us to defend pretty damn well.

He ran down the touchline and did a two handed fist pump in front of the fans gathered on the running track.

Reminiscent of Gary Neville against Liverpool a few years back. Brilliant scenes all round. Never did I think Id enjoy a victory over Oldham so much. :rave:

I thought the Oldham side were a throwback to their teams in the 60's and 70's - hulking great brutes. well organised and with just enough talent

Really surprised it's the route Dickov has chosen even though it is effective up to a point.

Great scenes at the end - noticeable recently that our lads really celebrate together on the pitch as if it means something to them all - that hasn't always been the case in recent years.

Oldham were such a physical team, if that was any other team who aren't as physical we could've had much more goals.

If Oldham get promoted and tried to play like that with those WWE wrestlers, they would get spanked every week in the Championship. At least we have the makings of a good footballing side, most of which wouldn't look out of place at the next level.

His celebration was fantastic. He ran round in circles almost. Was great to see and a bit of an F.U. to the twatty Oldham coach who had a go at Murray when he came off

At long last it appears that we now have somebody experienced coaching the defence. I suggested this when Jason Dodd was with us and injured for so long and again near the end of Guy Butters time and people poo poo ed it as not being needed but now it appears that Gus thinks differently and we are reaping the benefit, long may it continue.
