Crofts maybe, Forster arguably. Can't really think of anyone else.

We need a big-arsed hairy centre half with bags of experience to kick the rest of them into shape and scream at them during games.

Agreed. Crofts seems to lead by example but perhaps not vocally.

We've not had a genuine leader on the pitch in years. Danny Cullip was probably the last.

Oh, and maybe Tank to a certain extent. At least he told these stupid f*** defenders which way to run.
