Ok so fence o'clock

Here's my problem, (granted this photo could have done with being an inch lower)

Concrete to the left and concrete 'underground', exactly 6 foot away from the fence.

That's all squared off by the path for the gate, which naturally is 3 foot.
Where I have the same problem again.
A right angle of concrete, with concrete 'underground'.

So what I want to do for these 2 posts and one at the other end (which is up against the concrete base of the shed) is drill these holders into place, but I can't do that on the huge lump of concrete that was roughly poured as it's below ground level.

Begging the question:-

What's the easiest, cheapest and most reliable way I can get the post support flat and stable on uneven concrete?

Well this is how me and Jnr have ended his 6 months off school.

I'm absolutely amazed we have done this and done it so well.
Without a shadow of doubt this is by far and away my (our) greatest ever DIY achievement







Does anyone want any 'used' concrete?.
Back left is twice the size of all the others and an absolute git to move

Looks good!
Get some ballast, or sandy soil, stack up the concrete in it and plant up as a xeriscape. You'd be surprised how good certain houseplants grow in this

I'm genuinely shocked at what we accomplished.
I assure you I am considerably more uselessless than yourself.

No 'shortcuts' no deviating from the plan, no rushing.
Measure/level twice drill once - no pissing about.

It goes nowhere, just a dead end rear access for 15 or so houses.
Half of those don't even have a gate.
The fella who uses it the most mows it a couple of times a year.

This morning after packing jnr off to school I've just seen, 4 doors down, they've got a 'grab and tip' lorry outside.

paint them white and stick them out the front of the house to corden off a few parking spaces, you're newighbours will be roaund with gifts of free beer in no time!
