Having been to Restaurant Gordon Ramsey and had the best meal I've ever had I'd vote Gordon Ramsey .... if he was actually on the list. Or Tom Hamblet at South Lodge.

I’ve also eaten there and it was absolutely phenomenal.
The Duck Heart Salad is probably the best dish I've had in any place I've eaten anywhere in the world. @Herr Tubthumper needs to go there just to try it as he like offal so much.

You've missed so many...

Rachel Khoo
Hairy Bikers
Two Fat Ladies
Tom Kerridge

I've missed a lot, too.
Definitely all these as well ( although I think the Hairy Bikers always preferred to be called cooks ).

I have actually been to Ramsay’s Royal Hospital Road restaurant myself, it was the first ever starred restaurant I went to and a gift for my 40th. Whilst I have always been a foodie type I’d never eaten at that level before and it was a total game changer for me; it opened a new world. I cannot remember what I had, I have the menu somewhere though. But I’m sure I’d love his duck heart salad. I have had duck heart many times, but not his.

I had the Beef Wellington at Ramsay’s and it was the best meal I ever had.

Antony Bourdain is one but I think my favourite would be Michel Roux Jr…..mainly because I witnessed my wife get a bit “hot under the collar” when she met him; I have teased her ever since.

I watched that Jake Humpfries High Performance thing with Marcus Waring…I really didn’t warm to him at all.
