Some people say it was shot indoors in studio.....if it was then the flag would'nt move there either....and how do you keep thousands of NASA staff involved quiet if it was a conspiracy....in these days there would be big bucks to be made if someone could PROVE that the landings never happened.

Well we invented something that flies. Then we spent 60 years making it fly a long way and into space. Just like we invented the computer and then made it really small.

The sixties were an era of bigger is better. The Americans, instead of spending loads of money on the military like they do know, focused their funds on the space race to try and get one up on the Russians. Whoever was first to the moon would be the biggest, baddest cat in town. The Americans won, the space exploration budget has been slashed, they have nothing more to prove by going to the moon, and there isn't an awful lot of value in a mission to the moon. It would cost billions of dollars, for what? A few nice photos? Some more moon rock? There's not a lot up there on the moon.

I think more eggs should be put in the Mars basket, that's where we're more likely to make some discoveries.
