I don't think we it is September, I think it's June. 6/9 is the 9th of June to New Yorkers.
I also think it is just that the redirection link from the original wordle site that takes you the NYT wordle site will stop working then, and you just need to go straight to the NYT site. It shouldn't be too traumatic.

ah yeah, forgot the yanks are back to front. Probably won’t carry over winning streak though. If BB’s happy I’ve kept all my average’s, so will just work it out as I’ve been doing.
