Used to support the Rangers when I lived in NYC, good to see they have progressed to the next round.

Also good to see the Knicks have got through to the next round in the NBA playoffs, most of the time they didn't even make the playoffs when I was there, or if they did they got knocked out in the first round

I’d missed this thread by the time the Jets had blown it. I’m really gutted for them as they finished the season in superb form (8 wins on the bounce, including a 7-0 demolition of the Avs in Colorado) but after a frenetic first game win, they conceded buckets of goals in the following four having been one of the tightest defences in the regular season for 82 games…

A big shame.

My grandfather was a Winnipegger and former Brighton Tiger, hence my love for the Jets.

I’d love a Canadian team to win it again after so long, and with two now through and Toronto getting their fans over excited with a game 7 coming up, maybe this might be the year…

Leafs lose game 7 in overtime in Boston.

What a surprise.

For about the last 10 seasons if not more, Leafs have had a great regular season team but can't make it work in the playoffs.

One series win since what, 2010? Prob much longer. Last year was the peak after winning the first round. Playoffs every year and lose the first game almost every time. That's prob what happens when all your salary cap is wasted in 4 forwards.

Damn, some things never change. They are the Spurs of the NHL, will never win anything.

My sons and I -- long-suffering Senators STHs -- watched the Laffs-Bruins, last night, and enjoyed a nice, big helping of Schadenfreude.
