You're not wrong there either.
In the last 16 years it's been a pretty regular occurrence to hear chants of "We all hate Leeds scum" whilst watching games not involving them at Anfield, Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge etc. and many, many places beyond...not relevant though eh
I guess it'll be...
Why not?
I was also at the last games at the Goldstone (including the midweek 11 o'clock(?) kick off), Wembley play-off, Millenium Stadium play-off and pretty much every game at Priestfield.
That's true...met a lad this morning (ex-Man U) who now goes to the Amex regularly and is now a fan because his 10 year old is a Seagulls fan.
Always used to be that you ended up following your Dad's team not the other way round...kid's today eh!
Mind you my old man was a Sunderland fan (yeah...
Rest assured I do realise that.
All of the lads I'm referring to were born in Sussex and still live there...sorry, here
Apart from the Millwall lad who was born in SE London so fair play to him I guess
On second thoughts you're probably right. Just trying to think of the lads I worked with back then...
Man U (x 2)
Liverpool
Everton
Spurs (x 3)
Saints
Millwall...he was a bit of a strange one though
One who was a self-confessed football fan but didn't have a team...very strange!
...oh and...
...and following a football club does not always equate to being a fan of that club
Go on then, I'll bite...when did you watch your first game at Brighton?
Yep, still here, been a "fan" of NSC since it began nearly 20 years ago wasn't it?
What about you? I see you joined in Jan 2014. You one of those types who used to be a Man U or Saints fan but got lured away by the offer of a comfy seat and a free bus ride every other Saturday?
