Do people really belive it, or do they just like to think it's a thing?
I am sure some oddballs are convinved about this (as part of the wider WEF conspiracy), but suspect most just go along with it as it satisifies some underlying uneasiness.

Out of interest, does anyone know how this scheme came to fruition, to the extent it is? Specifically how Rwanda, rather than any other country, came to be the third country we would be working with?
I thought there was a mechanism to allow vote swapping or similar?
Certainly should be if not, or a way to vote without missing out on more important issues.
