Sorry to get all boring for a bit, but Bethesda weren't responsible for the original game (or Fallout 2). The original games were developed/published by Black Isle/Interplay. I gather that Obsidian, who made New Vegas, were founded by the people from Black Isle. No idea how many if the same...

I think it'd be much more in keeping with the spirit of Fallout if, instead of actually showing the programme, they sent a load of messed up nonsense to your house just to see how you react.
