Had my first quarterly review today under active surveillance .... Very positive, PSA score still the same (7) and they re-confirmed the cancer is very localised within the prostate and of the very slow growing variety, so as good as could be expected really.

Sorry to hear this news, I was told at my biopsy that they would only write if I was all clear, so when I got the phone call I kinda knew what was coming.... My good news was that my cancer was only T2. You've been told yours is treatable which is also good. Hope your second MRI brings some good...
You have my sympathies... I nearly went through the ceiling when they gave me the local anesthetic. Good luck and stay positive. It's totally wrong that they have speculated on the prognosis before the biopsy results are fully analysed.
My MRI was painless and not at all claustrophobic as my head was sticking out the end.... 😂.... Compared to the DRE and the biopsy it was a positive joy 😂. Good luck with the MRI and hope all goes well for you 🤞
