Snuck in a cheeky parkrun as the kids are away camping. It turned out to be worth the effort as I clocked an SB of 20:32, AG 70.7%.

I'll be at the Amex on Sunday, so no. Barns Green is one of my favourites too, and not just because I've earned two of the coveted Gold medals (back when I was reasonably quick)! Lovely relaxed atmosphere, and a properly challenging course.
