    Good advice from Dazzer And like you I only done HM and the hardest part was slowing my pace down so not to blow out too soon Also finish time wise it’s normally double your HM time plus 30 minutes

    Did the 10K Breakfast trail around Knightshayes in Devon yesterday About 50 runners and I only won it at the grand age of 59 !! Just felt good all the way round a few decent hills and very sticky in places but thoroughly enjoyable
