Bizarre. That looks like an interstitial ad that you absolutely should not be getting. I'll figure out why.

No changes made there either. It's almost certainly something at your end. The site will need to set a cookie to record your instruction with that, but if your browser is blocking cookies or, possibly, has security/privacy settings turned up high, that cookie can't be set so each time you go...
