Defo the one on the Pier - Id never heard of it before, so just going on what he told me re: location etc 🤷‍♂️

Slightly out of town, but my colleague went to Perch on the Pier in Lancing last weekend and said its the best roast lunch hes ever had. £38 for a very large sharing platter, and said there was more than enough for the 3 of them.
