The aortic aneurism is fixable by surgery, and symptoms of heart failure (and poor renal function) are very likely to diminish after the aneurism fix so there is hope @Zeberdi

I second that. You clearly have your phone with you. Some discrete recording of the sound of some of the shitehousery over your food and meds might be an idea. Don't get mad, get even (after you have recovered), and all that. Best wishes.
