Just wondering if anyone has found a cheaper Dog passport provider compared to the one we have used in Havant over the last couple of years that is closer to Brighton?
When our 16 yo old dog went through the same thing when I was a teenager, I remember my mum saying that the last thing she did was look at my mum and gave her a Thankyou lick because “ she knew”. I know it will be heartbreaking for you, but you are doing the kindest act for her.
You also have to take your dog to a local vet for worming tablets I think within 3 days or so before you return to the Uk. The vet we go to in France charged us about 25-30 Euros for that (excluding cheese)
Most of the vets do it I think. i’m in Shoreham and our Vet in Southwick quoted c £200 to do the forms for us in 2022! We were recommended a vet in Havant (may be the same one?) who charged around £125 then if we filled in the forms and they checked them and slightly lower this year as we had...
I’m really sorry to hear that. I know it is no consolation now, but the best advice I have ever been given is that over time the current sad memories will subside and the good memories will take their place. My thoughts are with you at this sad time.
And another thing, fox owners! Completely irresponsible letting their foxes shag all night waking the whole neighbourhood up with their high pitch whining and grunting.
It is. Your dog has to be under control in a car. We have a dog seat belt, one end clicks into the seat belt thing in the car and the other clips onto the dog harness.

Thoughts? Wow! I think she should definitely do it. How much would she charge? Only asking as my daughter paid £30 foe essentially a look a like framed “portrait” of our dog for Mother’s Day, produced electronically from a photo.
I think it covers all the poodle sizes so you get Cockapoos in small, medium and large! Ours is a medium. Loves walks , and I love taking her on Worthing beach at low tide .
