Nobody will want to miss? Bit OTT there - millions - like me - will be quite happy to do just that! Don't KSI(?) or Fury even have a greatest supporter? Poor ......................................... .

Not sure I'd agree with this. This whole heavyweight mess of fights being hard to arrange, fights people want not happening etc, seems to dat back to Wilder ducking AJ, and going for a less dangerous opponent (and yes, we all know he got that one seriously wrong!) My preference would be for AJ...

Don't think he needs any such thing. I think Whyte has called it exactly right. Such a shame that Wilder dodged him years ago (although Wilder's choice of an 'easier' opponent didn't exactly turn out well for Wilder either!)

I hope Joshua beats Usyk. The fight I really want to see is Joshua vs. Wilder, the fight Wilder dodged by taking on what he thought would be the safer and easier way to secure his legacy (without riskng the unification of the heavyweight titles) by fighting some dude from England with the gall...

Agree that if he loses to Usyk again, that'll be it for Joshua's boxing career. It's not Fury v. Joshua that I will regret never happening, but the fight that Wilder dodged (and believed that Fury was an easier job!)

That's probably true for most people you see on TV. Move along - nothing to see here.

As always in heavyweight boxing there is a 'puncher's chance'. Pulev had one tonight. Wilder had one in the first fight against Fury. Always there; usually doesn't happen, especially not against class - and probably even less against class that has been caught once and learned from it.

What's Wilder got to do with anything? He's been dodging Joshua for years now - he only took on Fury because he (or rather his team and his agent) thought it would be easier than facing Joshua (that didn't go well). Now Wider (and America) are just clinging on to a belief that no-one else can...

Thousands now. Thirty or forty years ago, in the days when boxing was a national sport rather than a PPV niche one, those thousands would nave been millions.

Haven't heard of him/her. Their opinions don't matter to me. Boxing used to be a sport the whole world discussed in offices and factories the morning after a big fight. Not any more. I doubt if more than 1 in 10 people could name any world champion at any weight, although a few would probably...

He obviously isn't some peoples' champion. Sky/PPV has taken boxing out of the mainstream - it's nice that the heavyweight champion is British, but getting excited about boxing beyond that? Nah, not any more.
