I may have posted this before but I am struck by the fact that the Stones came out with this song whilst recording Exile On Main St in the South of France studio in Nelcotte. Gram Parsons spent a lot of time with them down there and this is very un Stones like, no credits from Jagger/Richards...

Stax Museum Of American Soul Music is also worth a visit, seem to remember it is opposite the Gibson Guitar Factory. Definitely recommend the Sun Studios Tour too :thumbsup: Graceland is also a pretty nice house nowhere near as ostentatious as the entrance makes it seem

Country Music Hall of Fame is worth a visit, guess you must be doing it? The Honky Tonks at night are great fun too

Do they still stop the music and have an old guy in a suit giving you “a message from our sponsors” featuring some adverts? Cracked me up when I was there Think it was something to do with the show going out on the radio nationwide.

Nowt wrong with an eclectic taste in music, in fact it’s a great thing. John Denver made some very good records..imo, but I am not much of a fan.
