Bell end ? Charming !!
As it happens, I agree with you to a certain extent.
No one can deny Potter’s had a great start, but it’s just November, and lots of you are getting too excited and giddy with the complete change of football.
My opinion, for what it’s worth, is I feel teams will suss out...
It’s funny this thread has been bounced after you go above us on goal difference ???
At least it gives the wordsmith Easy a chance to get all his anger out.
I’ll still post on here, we’ll at least till the next ban being issued.
You need luck at Old Trafford, that’s a given.
Of course we defended well, we set up away from home to catch teams on the counter, and we’ve been quite successful up to now.
Villa will be tough after their win, but with our win, hopefully we can kick on and get another 3 points.
The more I see...
After last weeks shambolic performance at Sheffield, it was a superb win, and much needed.
To have our left back in that position, just after a 89 minute equaliser, speaks volumes.
Now we’ve beaten all the top 6 on their own patches in the PL, which is an amazing feat.
Villa at home next week...
A young Palace team did lose to Bromley today.
How did the Potterball experiment go today?
It seems he’s sticking with the same team as last season , maybe he can eeck a bit more out of the team .
I always find your analysis of football finances very informative, even your Palace digs !
I wasn’t waving my willy, I was just pointing out your clubs shortcomings as well, irrespective of your owners wealth and substantial investment.
Anyway, I’ll shoot off now before the abuse starts
Surely it’s relative though?
Income increases, so does the wage bill .
In saying that, we need to get our wages to income ratio down .
Regarding the new stand, the sooner we get the ok to start, the better. The money is there , just a few issues over land and ownership of a house .
All valid points, and I’ll try to answer some.
The 70% income spent on wages is something that’s being rectified, with approximately £150 k a week being saved in this window, and I can see at least one of the top earners being sold in the summer ( Sakho or Zaha, but hopefully Benteke)
But...
