You'd struggle to find another stadium more loved by it's fans than ours I reckon. And you definitely wouldn't find a ground that has had as much blood, sweat and tears poured into it than Falmer. With Palace it's all a pose, because when the going gets tough for the club, the fans are nowhere...

Thing is, Palace fans have to try and push this narrative of the mega bucks owner to make themselves feel better. The reality that our owner is a lifelong fan, who with the previous owner and our fans fought tooth and nail for well over a decade to save this club and bring it to falmer is too...

Just saw that little nugget myself. What a lovely, lovely bunch they are.

They always have their slump at the start of the season, get rid of the manager, get a 'safe pair of hands' in with plenty of time to turn things round and wind up safe. I mean, it won't work for ever, but it's annoying when it does.
