I agree, there is no indication that he has any intention whatsoever of selling (outside my catastrophic pessimistic brain of course). I didn't know that about his son. That is brilliant.
To be fair the comparison is that when our owner changes things may go south for us. For me it is the only change that will cause major problems for us and I don't see it happening any time soon. We don't need outside investment, he is unlikely to get bored of the project or sick of bankrolling...
. . . In fact this could be the kind of thing that fucks a club up long term. A Sunderland or Leeds fall from grace would be terrible and not really really funny at all.
Oh no.
There is still the irony of Palace claiming a business is holding them to randsom. With their track record of paying debts.
Still i expect we will find out all the details when they release an Amazon Prime special about the whole saga :lolol::lolol:
Not that odd really. I am sure we both want each other to exist as a rival. We just don't want each other to extend stadiums to allow more revenue, higher wages and better players.
Although with the Administration save spamming option you guys opt for when working out wage structures I am not...
That was a bit sad, thought 10 man spurs might hold out.
Not much fun for us but it looks like they will probably be okay this year.
Looking for the positives (negatives) that kit is horrendous.
Err. boss, the lads are saying that we are only playing the first team because we don't have any other players.
**Pat stares at his squad of players like they are Roy Keane***
"alright which one of you 10 of you said that? Wilf, get up the game hasn't started yet"
they don't have time to do it properly though. I predict a slow start to the season. Then we see if the owners will hold their nerve or if they jump back into the survival spiral.
Big gamble for me, I much prefer our way of doing things.
