We went to Viv's book thing when it was in Faversham. At the end some bloke asked her to marry him. She ripped him a new one. It was hilarious.
Mind you....Viv... I'm not sure who wanted to give her one more, me or Mrs T :lolol:
Playing in January at Electrowerkz, Islington (cracking venue, btw) the amazing 80s hair metal FM revivalists, LeBrock. Mrs T bought me a ticket today :rave: She ****ing hates them, so it won't be a rerun of the Boy Harsher debacle (that she not only missed, but Hante was the unannounce support...
Apologies for replying to my own post, but it makes sense to do so. Boy Harsher were amazing. But....to rub salt in Mrs' T's chagrin (if you'll pardon the expression) at not being able to join me, the support was another of our faves, Hante! Pronounced 'aunt'. And I got to have a brief exchange...

A bit like football. As Danny Baker once said (about football), to paraphrase, imagine being someone who doesn't like it? The poor half-alive ********.
Not seen much this year. These, in Ramsgate, was stand out. Message to StonehamPark - not sure if this is up your street but they are playing in Vancouver on Dec 15

Well done! They were ace last night but disappointingly (but not unsurprisingly, *cough* keyboards *cough*) didn't do 'night blooming Cereus'. Joe is hilarious with his grimacing. The venue was great - tiny. I was a bit surprised by the audience demographic - mostly 30s to (ahem) 60s. The...
