Seems to be some kind of activity at the banked area of Preston Park velodrome this morning. Look's like they might be laying astroturf on it? Surely not? Anybody know what the outcome was on the H&S issues that suddenly deemed it to be unsafe? At least they don't seem to be demolishing it...
