I have been running for 3 months now and still can not get below 27mins for 5k I have done a few 10ks and have a best of 56:35. Just can not get any faster for 5, I think it's because I start of slowly and can never catch up.

Reading your times on here you are quick, I doubt very much that could go under 25.00 for 5k or that I would want to try, I have a lot of respect for the fast runners, it takes a lot of mental strength as well as just fitness running that quick
