What’s wrong with coaches having that role, or mentors, or club ambassadors (at a fraction of the cost)?
Re Milner next season. I want to believe you as believe it or not I bloody love James Milner. But he’s shot. He’s ridiculously slow.
I would take him as a coach in a heartbeat but I don’t...
I think some people overestimate it. If they aren‘t fit to play they are just expensive cheerleaders.
And besides, you don’t need to strategise having older players around. It generally happens naturally.
Plus Albion have a large collection of experienced heads, without Milner.
Lallana’s...
We offered him a new deal ? Sweet Jesus.
Wishing him all the best though. Pundit, coach, something totally different….He will do well at whatever he chooses. A very likeable person.
Another Clark failure.
I am guessing he gets chance after chance because he’s got some nice shots.
The trouble is he will very rarely stay in long enough to play them as he‘s so easy to get out.
He must be dropped
In particular the fly one - I wondered what shutter speed.
I’ve always done video but recently bought a hybrid camera (Sony A7iv) and am working on my photography.
Am trying to get the hang of the balance between iso, shutter and aperture . So knowing camera settings / lens choice for Photos...
It’s a tragedy for the cyclist. Because she’s dead. And her loved ones. Because they’ve lost her. It’s not a tragedy for anyone else.
Agree that UK cycling infrastructure needs a lot of work though. It has been that way for too long. More investment needed. And that investment to be spent wisely.
You’ve hit on the single biggest problem with Connorly. He was never that good, in particular technically.
Hopefully he will get a shot somewhere else. Maybe abroad?
Yep.
Remember that thread well.
Anyone who backed a loan deal, (verbally) got their heads kicked in.
Then a year or so later the narrative became “he should have gone on a loan spell / he was badly handled”.
