Don't be an idiot - "mutual agreement" means the club suggested he leave and he said yes - probably because he's got a better offer and the club knew he did ( and he was honourable enough to prevent his new employer paying his release fee - as was Bloom ). I'd also be surprised if there weren't break clauses in his contract at the end of each season. I assume you've never left a job for a better offer ?
Not sure he has had a better offer yet but strongly believe TB and PB decided It was time for RDZ to move on. TB won’t break his model. He doesn’t have the wealth to sign the players that go to mega rich clubs. RDZ has ambitions to challenge for league and cup titles. Albion might win a cup if we get a good draw. No chance of Brighton winning the Prem League or qualifying for Champions League. TB’s and RDZ’s expectations not aligned.

He's the best manager we've ever had but I said after Bournemouth that it could be the end of the road.

Disappointed he's leaving but do feel that he's been worked out and it's hard to play the way he wants to play with Gilmour and Gross replacing Moises and Ali Mac. Feels like he's been worked out a but but I couldn't believe what I was watching at times as an Albion fan under him and for that, I will always be grateful.

Just far enough away from LDC
He has taken me to places I only ever dreamed of.

In the same way as when I was dumped by Jayne Taylor when I was a teenager, people said she would be hard work but my God it was fun while we were together.

I'm not sure I gave her a round of applause though when she trundled off with the guy from Timpsons in north street. So that I'm even contemplating a huge lot of love for rdz tomorrow shows I've grown up (doesn't it?)

I was also gutted we couldn't say farewell to chris hughton so am pleased we get a chance for rdz

I'm guessing the reason he can't strengthen how he wants is one of the main reasons he's leaving!!
I meant strengthen in terms of getting everyone back on their feet. So many player’s are injured and unplayed. It’ll take the summer to get back in a position to move forward.

Won’t be there, so none.

That doesn't preclude anyone from standing in their living room (TV room) and applauding for the Albion manager. Although I will not be. I'll be on my way to Chicago's Midway Airport most likely.

'Mutual agreement' are just words. Are you suggesting the club said 'goodbye' or did RDZ? If it's a better offer, I guess he needs the money.
Sorry, I'm just f***ed off that he's leaving.

It could just’ve been a grown up discussion on aspirations, transfer spend, star players the club envisage departing this summer. Where both parties realised they’re miles apart.

Unlike social media, not everything is a binary double crossing, betrayal, hatred.
