"We have agreed to end my time at Brighton so that the club and I can continue to work in the way that suits each of us best, following our own ideas and visions, as well as our work and human values," said De Zerbi.

"Leaving now provides me with time to take a break before deciding on my future plans.

"I am very sad to be leaving Brighton, but I am very proud of what my players and staff have achieved with the support of everyone at the club and our amazing fans in the past two historical seasons.

The tricky thing is not have Lallana to take training like when Potter left with Bruno the judas.

I imagine a new manager will be in very, very soon - and he'll bring his own people in with him.

Apart from the Italians, basically there's hardly anybody left for RDZ to take with him after the various Chelsea ransackings we've had to contend with

Crofts took charge when Potter left, Lallana was assisting him. Crofts is still going to be here, not that there will be any training for him to take.

I would imagine there will be a new coaching team in place for the next training session next month

He is a tiny bit up himself sometimes, isn't he? All this footballing philosophy stuff is fine when you've got Guardiola's resources but a bit pie in the sky as a long term proposition for 99% of clubs.
