Boley will sell Winstanley next to the hotel group for 200 million to head up there recruitment process there.
I suspect we'll find that they have bought the hotel back for a small amount of money and just sell it again. And again, and again.

FIFA / UEFA have banned these long term contracts for FFP reasons. I believe, whilst a contract can be 8 years, the finance can only be offset in the accounts for 5 years.

Technically they are starting very very early for next summer as this deal can’t be completed until the summer 2025 window.
I wonder how the forwards / wingers in their academy feel with so many young players on long contracts essentially blocking their pathway, and the business plan being to essentially loan them out and sell on for pure profit in order to sign the next wonderkid.

They probably look at their £100K+ a week (£5M a year) contracts and think, life ain't that bad really.
They don't get anywhere near that in the academy!
But I don't think the EPL has approved either transaction yet (from an FFP perspective).
Which one of the Top 6 have broken FFP so far?
Chelsea will more than likely be charged next season.
