Raffaelle Palladino (MONZA) philosophy does seem on first look, not to far from where we have had success in the last 2 seasons. And his style would not be alien to our current squad. A RDZ series 2, but a bit more pragmatic, and quicker. 1.4 goals , 0.9 concede.

This Palladino guy at MONZA looks interesting if you you tube him. Highly thought of, and his contract ends in June.
